Seyval Blanc

American Dry White Wine

Reminiscent of a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, this dry, white varietal is bright, and fresh with mineral and citrus overtones. Presents a clean, lingering finish that stands up well with food and makes for an elegant dinner companion. Serve only slightly chilled.

Seyval Blanc is a flattering pairing with white-sauce pastas, seafood (salmon on the grill is a particular favorite) and poultry entrees. It also pairs well with hearty vegetable pastry (think home-made pot pie), mild cheeses and rich chocolate.
