2008 Uplands Reserve

2008 Uplands Reserve

Wisconsin Dry Red Wine

Estate-grown and of mild body, this dry, oak-aged red is entirely representative of its Merechal Foch and Leon Millot grape origins and of the region in which it is grown. Earthy with mineral overtones and significant fruit character, Uplands Reserve drinks well young, ages beautifully and presents equal portions of grace and seduction.

Uplands Reserve pairs beautifully with red meat, pasta and mushroom-inspired dishes as well as hard, flavorful cheeses like greyre, parmesean, aged cheddar and smoked gouda and softer varieties such as brie, gorgonzola and edam.
