Private Events & Weddings • The Back-barn Lounge can accommodate up to 90 for sit-down dinner or hors d’oeuvres and wine for a private party, reception or presentation. The Terrace may also reserved, but only for after-hours events. Both the Terrace and Back-barn Lounge can accommodate bands of most any size. Private-event fee schedule (effective February 1, 2025)
BACK-BARN (INDOOR) & OUTDOOR EVENTS of fewer than 120 guests (Terrace available for after-hours events only)
Up to 30 guests: $75/hour • 2-hour minimum + 12 bottles (1 case) of wine
31 – 60 guests: $100/hour • 3-hour minimum + 18 bottles of wine
61- 90 guests: $150/hour • 3-hour minimum + 2 cases of wine
91 – 120 guests: $200/hour • 3-hour minimum + 30 bottles of wine
For more than 120 guests, OUTDOOR ONLY
120 – 150 guests: $200/hour • 3-hour minimum + 3 cases of wine
151- 200 guests: $250/hour • 3-hour minimum + 4 cases of wine
201 – 250 guests: $300/hour • 3-hour minimum + 5 cases of wine
251 – 300 guests: $350/hour • 3-hour minimum + 6 cases of wine

Please note: A credit card will be required to hold the date. If the event is cancelled fewer that 2 weeks in advance, the card will be charged 50% of the fee, if cancelled within one week, the card will be charged 75% of the fee and if cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance 100% of the fee will be charged.
For smaller parties of up to 8 people, the COMFY Lounge can be rented for $20/hour. Reservations should be made at least one week in advance. Minimum reservation is 2 hours. To reserve: info@bothamvineyards.com or 608.574.2162.
Food and beverage options: We can recommend caterers or work with yours. Per Wisconsin state law, homemade, carry-in food and carry-in alcohol are not permitted, though you may carry in soft drinks, bottled water and cake. Our liquor license provides for the serving and sale of wine and beer, but not hard liquor.
Other things to note: 1) Botham Vineyards is a non-smoking venue, buildings and grounds; 2) With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed on the property; 3) There is plenty of parking in our main and overflow lots to accommodate your guests. This includes handicap parking, as needed.
