Description
Wisconsin Dry Red Wine
Estate-grown and of mild body, this dry, oak-aged red is entirely representative of its Marechal Foch grape origins and of the region in which it is grown. Earthy and beautifully balanced with significant fruit character, the 2021 vintage of Uplands Reserve drinks well young, ages beautifully and presents equal portions of grace and seduction.
Recently named Wisconsin’s One Best Wine by epicurious.com, Uplands Reserve is a long-time customer favorite and a fabulous example of vine-to-bottle Wisconsin goodness.
Uplands Reserve pairs beautifully with red meat, pasta and mushroom-inspired dishes as well as hard, flavorful cheeses like Gruyère, Parmesan, aged Cheddar and smoked Gouda and softer varieties such as Brie, Gorgonzola and Edam.
